Gannett Peak Sports Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, store credit, or full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


Warranties & Defects

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturer’s defect, please discuss with us the options for replacement, repair, or refund under warranty, which vary based on the manufacturer. If applicable, we will pursue any such claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. If the manufacturer provides free replacement parts there will still generally be labor charges for the work required to swap those parts.

Returns

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and packaging attached. All returned items must be returned to the store or postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date.

Returns Process

To return an item please visit our store in person with the item, or, if you will be shipping the item, please email customer service at gannettpeaksports@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds


After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on a credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Items for which we cannot guarantee the safety of the next purchaser, including but not limited to: food, helmets, and other safety equipment,
  • Complete bikes,
  • Special orders
